Tima Riahi is a multidisciplinary artist. She spent the first half of her life in Iran, where she earned her B.A. in Art, before moving to Southern Cyprus, where she completed her M.F.A.

In her sculptures, she explores the interplay between mass and void; in her abstract paintings, with form and color; and through portraiture, the shifting nature of identity.

Her lived experience of duality, shaped by contrasting spaces, cultures, and ways of living, runs throughout her practice. Her process is entirely intuitive, allowing this dual perspective to become a way of seeing rather than something to be resolved.
